In any case, you will receive an e-mail with your booking details. All the process will be done in function of the selected language in the web (English or Spanish).
You can cancel the service 24 hours before the indicated date without any extra cost. In the case you have paid the corresponding amounts for the transfer, it will be returned in full.
You will be able to change your personal information through the “private area”. In the case the changes modify the amount owed, the payment will be regularized at the point of the transfer; if it is in your favour, the difference will be returned; in the contrary case you can pay the difference to the driver.
The indicated price is the final price for the service. It includes taxes. Any tip is not included and is voluntary.
This contract is subject to Spanish law and the parties submit to the courts of Malaga, waiving their own jurisdiction.
To access the services offered by MTS through its website, users must provide personal information as requested in the online booking process.

According to Article 11 of the Data Protection Act and considering the nature of the services provided by MTS through its website both nationally and internationally, the User consents for his/her personal data to be communicated to other collaborating companies or within the MTS group in order to successfully offer, provide and carry out contracted services, communicate important information and publicity, as well as send customer survey and statistic forms.
Should you contract a transfer service offered through our website, MTS may communicate your personal information to local Suppliers and Agencies (local transport operators, taxi services, airport authorities, customs, etc.) that will use your personal information for the sole and exclusive purpose of fulfilling the contracted service.
Finally, according to Article 34.e) of the Data Protection Act, the User consents to the transfusion of their personal information by MTS to the aforementioned parties and for the motives indicated in the Terms and Conditions, including to those parties in countries that do not offer a similar level of protection as that covered by the Data Protection Act. MTS ensures the confidential use of personal data entered by the User onto the website and that the server that will store and process such data has the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
When the User contracts a transfer service through the website, he/she must provide personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, flight details and destination/accommodation details. Having finished the booking process and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the User will be transferred to the CES certified virtual payment platform belonging to the financial institution CaixaBank. MTS will, at no time, have access to your credit or debit card number, nor any other bank details.
Should the User take part in any contest or promotion, MTS will ask for his/her name, mailing address and email address in order to organize the contest or promotion and in order to inform the winner or winners.
